SSA 2017: Welcome

Displayed Pieces

Since both of us aspired to be Medical Illustrators at the time, the goal of this collaborative project between my sister Brianna Osaseri and I was to set a foundation for where we stood at creating that kind of work with our own personal touch. This display featured four pieces, two of which we collaborated on, and one I did a year prior.

This is a collaborative piece that I did with my sister, Brianna Osaseri. We thought as a way to bring the arts and sciences together, to do a piece that in a minorly disturbingly way, reveals the anatomy of the hand as well as be in itself an art piece.

Life and Death

Sticking to the human body theme, this collaboration through these hands explored the beauty of life and death.

When I created this piece a year ago, I aspired to be a Medical Illustrator. I was fascinated with learning anatomy and physiology, so when it came time to create this artwork, I wanted to combine my interests with my own (kind of creepy) twist.
